RUS 104 : What i've learned

When I got the letter of offer from USM a few months ago, i feel so relieved and happy because I got a place at University, a place that I really want to go and yet i feel very happy because I can become a student at USM, The APEX University. Although I can't get the course that i want (civil Eng) but still I am very happy. I had promised to my parents, siblings and my special friend that i will study hard and achieve good pointer at USM and become a good person and hope i can get a good job after finishing my degree. Being HBP student is not an easy task. We must be strong physically, mentally and have a creative mind thinking to become a HBP student. Became a first year on the first semester, we were compulsory to take RUS 104 (INTEGRATED STUDIO) subject. Sincerely, it was a tough subject. I get insomnia (can't sleep in the midnight) from it. There were tons of projects to get it done. Because this subject carries a lot of marks. So, we were supposed to get flying colors on this subject. Finally, it's done. Alhamdullilah. I hope that, RUS 104 will lead me to be a successful HBP student.

Be a hbp student really makes me crazy, too much memory. Although this is my first year in hbp and most importantly be a student in USM. This semester 1 really taught me something. I am learning to change from a boy to a matured man. Thanks

My Sketches (Sketch book)

This was some of my sketches in my sketch book. When I am bored, I will sketch, draw, study etc. on my sketch book. If I want to design something or suddenly I get the idea to design or draw something, I will draw on it.

Project 10

My last project, Project 10. We were supposed to conduct an exhibition at The drum at hbp. With the theme of 'Colorful Domino' , we designed and arranged our project according to the theme. Oh, then, this project consists of all first year hbp studio students. So we all cooperate to get this exhibition done. It was a really great moment. This was our last project, so we really put effort in this project and to celebrate it because we got no project after that.

Project 9

My ninth project is integrated studio project. The toughest project among the studio projects. This was a group project, still the same group as project 8. We divided our jobs among the group members to get this project done. When I do this project, that week had been my toughest week, I slept about 2 hours a day. Sounds crazy but we manage to get it done. For this project, we were supposed to make a study and design an information center at Batu Feringgi. Finally, we got to learn how a building was built from A to Z.

Then, For project 9, after the design and study of the building was done on paper. We had to build a model of the building. We cooperate to get the model done. It's our first time to make a model like this. And finally, we manage to get it done. And i am really proud with my group members.

Project 8

My eighth project was about site analysis in Batu Feringghi, Penang. We were divided into groups that consists of many courses in a group. Which means in a group we got architects, planner, surveyor etc. First, we were supposed to be made a site visit to Batu Feringgi and study the place. Then we were supposed to do a site analysis on A2 paper. It's a tough task, but with some cooperation with the group members. We manage to get it done.
